                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 2001 SOUTH
                   KELLEY STREET, BEING ON THE NORTHWEST LINE OF
                   SOUTH KELLEY STREET AT EAST 20TH STREET, FROM
                   R-4 SPECIAL ZONE TO M-3 WAREHOUSE AND WHOLESALE
                   ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located at 2001 South Kelley
                Street, being on the northwest line of South Kelley
                Street at East 20th Street.  Lots 25 and 16, Sutton
                and Anderson's Subdivision, as shown by plat of
                record in plat book 5, page 51, ROHC; being the
                properties described in deed book 4603, page 460,
                ROHC, and deed book 4603, page 464, ROHC.  Tax Map
                No. 156G-D-41.
               
               
               
         from R-4 Special Zone to M-3 Warehouse and Wholesale Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
